Cafe HR Recruitment & Training
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I own several ventures—real-estate, tourism, interior design—but right now my highest priority is the café. I need an experienced HR professional who can step in quickly to cover two core functions:
1. Recruitment & Hiring
• Produce clear job descriptions for Baristas, Kitchen Staff, Managers, Chefs and general Helpers (carigar).
• Source, screen and interview candidates, then advise me on the final selections.
• Handle offer letters and basic onboarding paperwork so each new hire starts smoothly.
2. Employee Training
• Design and deliver an onboarding program that covers customer service, beverage preparation, kitchen safety, hygiene standards and basic POS usage.
• Create easy-to-follow SOPs and a simple tracking method to verify every employee completes the training.
Success for me looks like having a fully staffed café with motivated team members who understand their roles from day one and perform to consistent standards.
