HR Business Partner - Rodrigo Contreras
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can step in quickly and work with me across the full employee-lifecycle. The immediate priorities will be clarifying our current HR practices, aligning them with business objectives, and building repeatable processes that scale as we grow.
What I’ll need from you
• A rapid but thorough review of our existing policies, contracts, and employee data
• Clear recommendations—rooted in best practice—for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• A pragmatic roadmap that links people initiatives directly to business goals, with timelines, owners, and measurable outcomes
• Hands-on help implementing the first wave of agreed actions (e.g., drafting new policies, refining job descriptions, coaching managers)
How we’ll work
I’ll provide full access to current documentation and be available for regular check-ins; remote collaboration is fine, but I value prompt communication and concise updates. If you’re fluent with platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or ADP that’s a plus, though I’m open to other tools you can recommend.
Success looks like
• An actionable HR plan ready within the first two weeks
• Foundational processes documented and rolled out on schedule
• Managers feeling confident with new guidelines, and employees reporting improved clarity around expectations
If this sounds like the kind of partnership you thrive on, let’s talk details and lock in timelines.
