Bilingual Nanny Recruiter Needed - you must be fluent in Spanish and English and live in South America

I have a pool of roughly 100 nanny résumés and need a hands-on RECRUITER who is based somewhere in South America, speaks flawless Spanish and English, and has his/her own U.S. phone number (Google Voice or similar is okay). Your task is straightforward: screen every applicant, make short introductory contacts—primarily over WhatsApp but also by email and the occasional call—and then separate the clear fits from the obvious misses.
I will share the résumés and contact details in a spreadsheet. After you’ve completed your outreach, I’d like a concise report that highlights:
• A shortlist of top-tier candidates, ranked in order of suitability
• A quick paragraph of notes for each person (experience, reference quality, availability)
• A separate tab listing those you ruled out and the reason
