This role involves sourcing a large number of qualified candidates located in the United States who have strong English communication skills and are open to collaborating on ongoing business-related opportunities.
I am looking for someone who can support this as a long-term partner and consistently find suitable candidates over time.
What I’m looking for:
Experience in recruiting, sourcing, lead generation, or talent research
Ability to find and reach U.S.-based candidates efficiently
Strong communication and screening skills
Reliable, organized, and responsive
Comfortable working on an ongoing / long-term basis
Project scope:
Source and provide qualified U.S.-based candidates interested in side-income opportunities
Deliver candidates in batches
