Barcelona-Based Recruiter Needed

Description:

We are seeking an experienced on-the-ground recruiter based in Barcelona, Spain (exact location TBD) for a short-term in-person video project.

Project Details:

Duration: Up to 6 weeks
Pay Rate: €440 per week

Role: Recruit participants only. Our client will handle scheduling, coordination, and project logistics.
The project involves recruiting individuals for a video shoot involving motor vehicle driving and walking around parked cars.

Recruitment Requirements:
The recruiter will help target participants from a variety of ethnic backgrounds, including:

Catalans & Spaniards
Latin American
North African
Asian
European (Non-Spanish)

Requirements:

Based in or near Barcelona, Spain
Strong local network and understanding of diverse communities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous recruiting experience is a plus
Flexible availability during the project period
