Human Resources Officer
As we are growing at a fast pace, we are looking at HR executive to join us to:
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Undertake recruiting efforts across job roles identified to ensure company growth
• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
• Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
• Monitoring employee performance.
• Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
• Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information
Required Skills:
• 2+ years of experience working in recruitment and HR roles.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• A self-starter with a dependable work ethic.
• Comfortable with using MS Office, especially Excel.
