HR Assistant Needed
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
I'm looking for a motivated HR Assistant interested in Talent Acquisition to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting in Human Resources seeking hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Talent Acquisition: Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, and communicate with candidates
- Job Posting: Assist with posting job ads on various platforms and managing incoming applications
- Resume Screening: Help screen resumes and identify potential fits for open roles
- ATS Management: Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Onboarding Assistance: Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth hiring process
- HR Admin Tasks: Organize files, update employee records, and prepare documentation
- Employer Branding: Contribute to branding initiatives and support team projects as needed
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not necessary
