I need assistance with two specific and repetitive tasks:

1. Posting our company's job openings on as many recruitment platforms and websites as possible.

2. Collecting and initially screening resumes from job seekers, and sending the shortlisted resumes to us.

Upon receiving your application, please review it promptly, removing obviously unsuitable resumes, and send me the shortlisted resumes.

I am willing to pay based on completed tasks, or monthly payments once we find a suitable working rhythm. Please inform me of your proposed work methods, the completion time for each period, and any tools you may use for job postings or applicant tracking.
