Assist with recruitment activities

I am looking for someone who can:
- Monitor job postings on Indeed or other similar platforms,
- Identify postings that match the skills of our talent,
- Contact the companies and propose contracting our candidate as an alternative to hiring talent directly,
- Arrange interviews.
