Our growing technology firm in Ahmedabad is ready to streamline its hiring pipeline and would like an on-site HR professional to take full ownership of recruitment for several mid-level roles. The focus is end-to-end hiring—from crafting compelling job ads and sourcing local talent to coordinating interviews, advising on selection, and issuing final offers.
Success for me means seeing a steady flow of qualified candidates, clear communication with our internal team leads, and a smooth hand-off into onboarding once an offer is accepted. Familiarity with Ahmedabad’s talent market, proven experience filling technical mid-level positions, and a knack for employer branding on platforms like LinkedIn will be crucial.
To keep the process transparent, I’ll expect:
• A weekly status update summarising outreach numbers, candidate pipeline stage, and any roadblocks
• Shortlisted CVs with brief screening notes for each presented candidate
• Coordination of interview scheduling and feedback collection until an offer is signed
