Hugo Developer Needed Must have experience

I'm working on a project that is not the typical Hugo use case and am having some trouble understanding image processing using Hugo pipes. I'm looking for someone to show me how to create a gallery of pages from markdown and image files and reference those gallery pages through other files in a separate folder structure. I am also trying to range over those reference pages to create list pages that show the images listed in the front matter.
