Creation of custom HUGO theme & development HUGO modules for content sharing between 2 HUGO sites

Creation of HUGO theme to mimic the design in pdf.
• We can hand you the Indesign files and all the graphic elements needed for the site.
• We suggest that you start from the github repo of one of our other HUGO sites, https://beammtestsite2.netlify.app, which should be quite close to this site, and customize the theme.

Develop the necessary HUGO modules for content sharing between both sites.
- A significant share of the content of both the new site that is to be developed and the existing https://beammtestsite2.netlify.app site needs to be drawn from 1 single repo.
- Specifically, we want the both sites to use the md filles and images from one single repo, and style this content in the style of the site
- We want this shared content for the publications, working papers, events, news, blog and team members pages

A few minor tweaks in the https://beammtestsite2.netlify.app site
• shorten the abstracts in the news pages
• change the events general layout
