help with zendesk

Hi there! I'm looking for assistance with customizing my Zendesk. I have a rough idea of the customization I'd like to do, but I need guidance on how to best make it happen. I'm hoping to have the project completed in 1-4 weeks. If you have the skills and experience needed, please feel free to reach out - I'm looking forward to hearing from you! We are having to use spreadsheets because we need help optimizing ZenDesk. We are also considering a change to HubSpot in lieu of Zendesk. need someone that understands both platforms.
