URGENT need for HUBSPOT Expert for Import of Clients, Contacts and Deals
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a client starting out on Hubspot.
I imported her Clients, Contacts and Deals, but they were not tied together. So I wiped them out and started over.
Problem is many of them do not have a domain name/website, so there is no way to use email address to tie them together. Phone number is a constant, so thought of doing a "faux domain" field with that number to create the Clients, then using the Hubspot Customer Number field to tie together Contacts and Deals. I currently imported the Clients in that way, then tried to use the internal customer number to tie together Contacts and Deals. I couldn't get it to work.
I'm not a novice, but this one is escaping me.
We have about 3000 records for prospects and clients.
The project will be complete when all records have been imported and connected with one another. There may be some data cleanup on anything Hubspot rejects.
Please let me know your approach, elapsed time and price.
