Program analysis into Hubspot and create quote.

We currently use an Excel spreadsheet for an analysis. We would like to incorporate this into our Hubspot CRM. We would like to plug in the paramaters from "Input" tab on the attached spreadsheet. We would then like to the the customer a quote based on the data from "Input" tab. The quote does not need to look like "Pricing" tab, but needs to show something similar.
