Hubspot developer need for reports and dashboards

Hubspot developer with an experience building in a sales environment that has BDRs and AEs.
We have existing reports & dashes, however have recently introduced BDRs (appointment setters) into our process, and this seems to have broken a lot of our reports. The process of contact, lead and activity ownership is a possible source of confusion.
Diagnosis of the process and problem may be needed - probably only an hour or 2 to get to the bottom that given our size.
- some new reports built to show the basics of deals closed, revenue etc , by rep. add to or refine and existing dashboard
- some new reports around lead activity, conversion rates, appointments being set, and the source of the leads- A BDR dashboard
- new reports and dashboard around campaign conversions from 'lists' in Hubspot.
- Also a couple of basic reports on discounts being offered by the salespeople and put in to a discounting dashbo
