Hubspot Sales Team Dashboard Design

I'm seeking an expert in Hubspot to design a comprehensive dashboard for my sales team. The key components I want to be included are:
- Tracking deal movement to the stages of: Application Submitted, Handed Over, and Enrolled.
- Metrics regarding conversion rates, number of deals, total revenue generated, and average time spent at each stage.
- Calculation of MTD Revenue and MTD Closed Won based on the sum of revenue/won deals based on their close date.
