Hubspot and Saleforce Sync

We wants to get this sorted ASAP but will only be sharing the access for the backend through a zoom call. Where we will give the system access to us.

For example
I have contact ‘Bhagavan’record in HubSpot
I want to integrate this into salesforce lead ‘Bhagavan’

Then whenever I updated or modified the ‘Bhagavan’ record new lead record of Bhagavan have to be created in the Salesforce side
