Hubspot Onboarding; emails, reports, CRM data management, website link (WP)

I need someone to assist with completing the set up of a HubSpot system - I need advice and someone to carry out the work. We have a small data set of contacts that need careful management, I need to set up meaningful reports about traffic to/and activity on our website and conversion to inquiries/paid subscriptions. I also need advice about what other useful criteria we could measure and compare to make best use of the system, and have someone set that up for me. I also need to link relevant email accounts so we can send and receive from the system and enable ticketing from a specific email address. Let me know if you can help!
