Hubspot EXPERT required

I am looking for a coder that specialises in Hubspot.

I have a real estate business and recently subscribed to Hubspot.
This is what I have subscribed to

Marketing Hub Starter - Marketing Contacts (1,000 Marketing Contacts Included)
Sales Hub Starter (2 Users Included)
Service Hub Starter (2 Users Included)
CMS Hub Starter
Operations Hub Starter

I have installed Hubspot and imported some contacts from Sugar CRM

The contacts seem to be fine.

I need help in getting this setup quickly being able to use Calendars.

I understand everything should sync with the users Outlook
Including their email and Calendars.

I would like to be able to see a global Calendar showing all appointments, Viewings etc.

I want advice on what other features we can setup
