Hubspot CRM structure, cleaning, advising

We are a young company that has begun to use HubSpot CRM to manage our contacts. We have imported our contact database from Excel, but it is messy and the fields are not correct in some cases. For example, our fields that should be associated with companies, are associated with Contacts. We need some help to guide us as we structure, clean, and use HubSpot.
We prefer to work with a freelancer over several weeks, that can provide several hours per week in helping us do this work. We will welcome ideas, for example, integration with our website, and others. If successful it could lead to an ongoing freelance assignment.
