Hubspot CMS Portal for Electric Vehicle Start Up

Hello,
I am looking for a team of developers with experience with hubl. and Hubspot CMS to construct a customer portal for my client.
The system will allow the user/customer to:
- Interact with their assigned BDM (Chat, Message, Diary requests)
- View/download sales documentation
- Create a mock up of a vehicle, using a simplified vehicle configurator (livery only)
- Create a meeting with their assigned BDM
- View / download press items, videos and other media
Ideally i'd someone to join me on a hangout so that I can run through a UX flow and answer any detailed questions.
