HubSpot Support Specialist
Budget: $10 – $20 AUD
I'm in need of a friendly, highly technical and data-driven HubSpot Support specialist. Your primary responsibilities will be managing HubSpot-related tasks and providing client support via phone, predominantly to Australian audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot-related tasks: These will mainly include administrative tasks and data analysis.
- Phone Support: Confidently making phone calls to clients with excellent English skills.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in using HubSpot
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Highly technical and detail-oriented
- Confident and friendly phone manner
- Fluent in English (native level)
- Previous experience with contact management in a CRM system
