I'm looking for an expert to integrate my MS 365 email alias with HubSpot Helpdesk. The goal is to have client tickets automatically generated from incoming emails.
Scope of Work:
1. Email Alias Integration:
- Integrate our existing email alias (e.g., support at company.com) with HubSpot Helpdesk.
- Ensure emails sent to the alias automatically create tickets in HubSpot.
- Configure email forwarding or direct connection for smooth integration.
2. Ticket Automation:
- Set up rules for ticket creation, including auto-assignment, priorities, and tagging.
- Ensure proper threading of email replies with corresponding tickets.
- Testing and Validation:
- Test the email integration to ensure that all emails create tickets accurately.
Requirements:
- Seamless integration between MS 365 and HubSpot Helpdesk
- Prior experience integrating email systems with HubSpot Helpdesk.
