HUBSPOT CRM CONSULTATION - New Freelancer Welcome
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’ll pay a maximum of $30 for this project.
I’d like 3 hours of HubSpot consultation for basic HubSpot usage.
My VA is managing our HubSpot account. And she has the following questions:
1. GOAL - How can we edit the 'Activity' page to display all activities for each contact?
2. PROBLEM - We are ‘missing’ the following items on the 'Activity' page:
1. Logged SMS
2. Logged LinkedIn Message
3. Logged WhatsApp Message
4. Logged Postal mail
3. DETAILS - I attempted to check the Overview tab and filtered the RECENT activities by 'all activities,' but I could only expand up to three activities. I had to uncheck the boxes for other activities to view the logged SMS, logged LinkedIn message, and logged WhatsApp message. Now, since I can only find those missing 4 items on the 'RECENT' activity page, if it's not in the recent activities, I can no longer find it on the page. Where do I find those 4 items besides the RECENT activities?
4. SOLUTION WANTED - Are we able to edit the settings on the CRM itself, so that those 4 missing items could show on the 'Activity' page? If so, please provide instructions for future reference.
5. PROJECT COMPLETION is expected within 24 hours of the project being assigned.
