CRM mail and mail marketing -Hubspot and ZOHO

Hi,
we need help on our CRM and marketing platform
1) upload updated data to Hubspot and then sync with Zoho CRM, email and email marketing
2) set up zoho marketing and build us 6-10 automated emailers / landing pages etc to go out for customers
3) help us streamline our applications (hubspot and zoho) we use free hubspot - not looking to upgrade but we are looking to lessen the fields and streamline our upload process and sync we willl pay for Zoho marketing and emailing if needed
4) We will use Zoho crm free as a back up and sync
What we need is someone to come in that fully understands both these platforms - gets to understand what we do and help us clean up and simplify our processes so emails are automated for new users, expiry reminders etc, easy to send regular mailshots. Sort out our mail servers on zoho mail etc ensure mail are going to inbox once this work is done satisfactorily.
This will be an ongoing gig Please no placeholders - I think they are lazy. If you have questions ask.
We have around 5000 contacts. all domestic, not commercial, we want to delete as many fields as possible and focus on what we need we are in the process of doing a data cleanse and will provide updated excel files that will be uploaded to clean up the system we use hubspot as your chat support tool on our website.
WE are also open to looking at other option if you have suggestions that are low cost and can add chat automation and some AI
