Automate Lead Allocation & Mask Contact Details on hubspot

Im looking out for someone who has experience in setting up workflows on Hubspot. I generate leads that get recorded on Hubspot. I need to allocate those leads to my seller. The allocation should be automated. I should be able to define the percentage for each seller. Eg I have 10 users and I decide to distribute 10% of leads to each seller. I should be able to change the percentage for each user.
I then need to integrate whatsapp, calls and email. I then need to mask all contact information in such a way that my sellers should be able to call, WhatsApp and email clients and also receive calls, WhatsApp and emails from clients. In this way I will be able to protect all data of my business
