Website Rebuild + 2 Landing Pages (HubSpot Integration Required)

We are looking for a freelance web designer/developer to rebuild our primary website and create two dedicated landing pages.

This is a build and execution project. We will provide all messaging, content, and direction. We are not looking for branding or copywriting support.

Scope of Work:
Website Rebuild
Clean, modern, professional design
Implement provided content into a clear, user-friendly layout
Mobile responsive
Simple backend for internal updates
Basic technical SEO setup

Landing Pages (2)

One for IHTP FOO
One for Build Clarity
Conversion-focused (clear CTA, minimal distractions)
Structured for specific audiences (not duplicates of main site pages)

HubSpot Integration (Required)

All forms must connect to HubSpot
Preference for embedded HubSpot forms
Leads must be captured and organized correctly

Important Notes

We will provide all content and messaging
This is not an SEO content or copywriting project
Experience with service-based business websites is strongly preferred
