Wir sind eine aufstrebende E-Learning-Plattform im B2B-Bereich und suchen einen erfahrenen Marketing- und HubSpot-Spezialisten, der uns über einen Zeitraum von mehreren Wochen oder Monaten unterstützt. Ziel ist es, unsere Online-Marketing- und Vertriebsprozesse zu optimieren und unser Team praxisorientiert in Sachen Hubspot weiterzubilden.
Deine Mission:
Ein wesentlicher Teil deiner Aufgabe wird sein, dass du uns bei der Implementierung und Optimierung von Marketing-Prozessen mit HubSpot unterstützt und effektive Strategien zur Lead-Generierung und -Konvertierung im B2B-Bereich entwickelst. Du unterstützt unser Team im Bereich Telefonakquise und Kundenansprache, um online generierte Interessenten in Kunden zu verwandeln.
Das bringst du mit:
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Online-Marketing mit HubSpot, idealerweise im B2B-Bereich
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Marketing- und Vertriebsprozessen
- Die Fähigkeit, Wissen praxisnah zu vermitteln und unser Team hands-on - auch remote - zu coachen

We are an aspiring E-Learning-Platform in the B2B-sector and looking for an experienced marketing- and HubSpot-specialist to support us over a period of several weeks or months. The goal is to optimize our online-marketing and sales processes and to further develop our practice-oriented team in Sachen Hubspot.
Your Mission:
An essential part of its task is that we support the implementation and optimization of marketing processes with HubSpot and develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion in the B2B area. You support our team in the field of telephone inquiries and customer communication to convert online generated interests into customers.
What you bring with me:
- Funded experience in Online-Marketing with HubSpot, ideally in the B2B-area
- Experience in the development and implementation of marketing- and sales processes
- The ability, practical knowledge to verify and our team hands-on - and also remote - to coach
We are glad to have an expert to support us in this, sustainably improve our processes and drive our growth.
NOTE: Our market is the elderly care and hospital sector. If there is anybody with experience in that market or experience with other German markets it is definitely worth to consider.
