Hubspot consultant

We are new to Hubspot and new to any CRM platform. We're having issues to finish the setup importing our database. We need to start a relationship with a Hubsport expert. Other than the setup we expect to work in the short term with this consultant to adapt Hubspot to our business. Spanish is the preferable language. We currently have 3 users and 2,000 customers in our database, we are located in Mexico.
