Exante Autotrading in HTTP API

I am looking for a freelancer capable of creating the same functionalities I have in VBA to trade with Exante but using HTTP API.
The freelancer MUST HAVE proven knowledge of Exante, HTTP API and must have done something similar in the past.
The software currently has these functionalities: read real time quotes, read account information, send limit orders, copy trading for the different accounts under management. The same functionalities must be mirrored in HTTP API.
Moreover when this software run, there will be an instance of Visual Studio running. The two must run at the same time.
