I'm in need of a DSP expert who is proficient in both Python and web development with HTML/CSS, Web APIs and Protocols. The scope of the project includes but isn't limited to:
- Development of DSP algorithms and filter design
- Focus is on audio processing. The goal is to create a web plugin that allows users to add another layer of music to online music.

Qualifications:
