whiteboard (Jquery & Dotnet core signalR)

I am looking for Front end expert who can develop for me a whiteboard similar to zoom whiteboard but for the online platform using Jquery and Dotnet core signalR.
features will be included but not limited to below:
1. object selection & movement
2. Text
3. Draw different types of sharps & lines
4. Use of Stamp
5. use of Spotlight
6. Eraser
7. Formatting for different tools
8. undo & Redo
9. clear board feature (my drawings, all drawings, other drawings).
10. ability to save the drawing to the server or download
11. create multiple canvases, delete the canvas, state must be managed too.
