svg editor for seating, ticketing etc

We have the ticketing system, but it takes a lot of time to create the seating maps in svg, we would like to do a good and easy version of https://seatmap.pro it doesn't need to have everything, just the basis and escalate. We' value to do it in react with hooks and without using jQuery. Another project that we like is https://github.com/xeust/Method-Draw but they use jQuery.
