remove blue focus outline appearing on iphone andi ipad from website

I have shopify site and when touch certain areas a blue outline appears. I need this removed. I have tried and don't have time any more. I want the focus to be removed across the entire site. It only happens on iOS devices iPad and iPhone.

only contain me if you have an iphone and ipad to test. I will pay once job is complete, do not ask for me to pay your freelancer fees.
