I need a wordpress plugin developer

I am looking urgently for a wordpress plugin developer that will fix my plugin and probably create a menu for me . I have a website already buit in Drupal and i am converting it in Wordpress in local using costum plugins but I am stuck . https://www.busarchitektur.com/en/projects/search this is the original page that i want to create using the plugins.
