educational assessments computerized

I am seeking an experienced freelancer to develop and implement a system of computerized educational assessments. The assessment will primarily focus on performance-based assessments, as this style is most relevant to the educational goals I have. I already have existing materials that must be used in the assessment process, but I am open to contributions and suggestions from the freelancer if they can help improve the outcomes. Ultimately, I require the creation of more than 10 assessments to reach my educational objectives.
