design complete UX/UI for PWA modern website

I am looking for a skilled UX/UI designer to create a complete working modern Progressive Web App (PWA) website.
I would like the design to be colorful and vibrant, without being too overwhelming as services are provided to kids.
The app must adapt PWA best practices such as service worker, app icon, push notifications, network status detection and should fit nicely on different screens including rounded ones.
The app has few numbers of pages such as services page, map location page, booking appointment page, cart page, registration and OTP page and two or three more.

What I expect
fully working pwa website with dump data showing colorul UI and smooth UX with subtle touches and animations where customer enjoy a pleasant journey through using the app.

Skills and experience required:
- Strong experience in UX/UI design
- Familiarity with PWA design principles
- Understanding of user behavior and ability to create intuitive designs
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work
