circle bubble raised qr code with the business logo in the center

I am looking for someone who can create a qr code that directs to my instagram. The qr code needs to be round and look like a bubble is protruding from a marketing item like a mug or glass. The side of a quarter or half dollar is best. In the center of the qr code will have our company glyph.

When you are holding the yeti cup the qr code must look like a 3d image. It must look like it is bubbling or projecting from the cup.
