An app that can be connected to multiple app places

I am looking to build a chat bot/ calendar app that connects with slack, chrome, and Microsoft office. The app sends out daily inspiration, mental health, and mental wellness tips. It also has built in task timers that take collects the objectives of the task and can be set (this information is stored and sent to management). You can also chat anonymously with management and management can send out icebreakers via chat.
