Website rebuilt in Wordpress and/or HTML

My team have spent a long time deciding a design for our website using wix.
I need the website rebuilt EXACTLY (to the pixel) with Wordpress and/or html (css,js,php etc)

I do webdev, but need someone more skilled to help out, but I am happy to share some of the workload
I’ll provide the hosting and domain, just need the files or I can give the Wordpress login.
I’ll also send over pictures if needed
Everything must look exactly the same, font, size, colour, everything. However if something isn’t optimised for mobile, then feel free to optimise it.
