Website Project - Collage of images

I would a website developed on pixels, full resolution usage is 1920 x 1080 pixels (totaling just over 2 million pixels). When a user hovers over a block of 100 pixels (10 by 10 pixel) it magnifies the image, similar to the dock magnification on Mac. When an image is upload to the website, the image is then placed on the main page, resulting in a Collage of images also known as a mosaic.
