Web based ID card design

Hi there,
We are looking for ID card template design and printing solution. Solution should allow to design ID card templates and assign database filed to map the contents which need to be print. Template design module should have below options;
1. Drag & drop controls (Text fileds, lables, lines, images, background & etc)
2. All controls should have dynamic proprieties to set like font type, size, colors, alignment & so on.
3. Able to proview the template
4. Template size should be user definable.
Source code should be handover upon project delivery. Must use C# language (jquery, bootstrap, angular can use)
Must have experience in ID card template desing in web environment.
