WWG1WGA - Freedom map

i need a simple bootstrap site with google maps. it need to have a login feature and support multiple users. a user can then set a pin and add some text/description to the pin that you can read when you hover over the pin. the front ui will just be the maps with pins and you can then from a backend add pins. are you a patriot? who with to help save this planet? then this is the job for you. the map will be used to pin where we deliver a cease and desist letter on global scale. by taking this project you are helping this planet! please keep in mind that this project is paied by a single volunteer (me) and i am only doing it for the betterment of this planet. so please set your price acordingly.
