Update GWT application with Bootstrap and UI changes

We have a GWT application that consumes html templates and renders calculations / graphs / etc along with input text fields and select boxes. We would like to add:
1) Boostrap components such as X-editable.
2) Update the GWT to render new HTML5 UI components for accepting user input and rendering content
