Tesla-inspired ReactJS Infotainment Webapp

I am in need of a skilled ReactJS developer to create a webapp that faithfully mimics the infotainment menu of a Tesla Model 3 and Model Y. The webapp should be responsive, adapting seamlessly to both desktop and mobile platforms.

Key Features:
- Show the shortcuts and everything on the initial screen. The location, car color, battery and other params should be able to be set from parameters
- Climate Control System: The webapp should have a user-friendly interface for adjusting the car's climate control settings.
- Navigation System: Implement a detailed and interactive navigation system. It does not need to work 100% but feel and look like maps.
- Battery Status: A central feature of the webapp should be the ability to view the battery status, and navigate to different sections of the menu with ease.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in ReactJS for a smooth and responsive user interface. Angular is also acceptable but react is preffered
- Strong understanding of user experience design.
- Previous experience with similar webapp development
