Tech Startup looking for Front End Developer and Support

We're building a real-estate tech start-up, driven by AI and Machine learning. None of us are specialists in front end, so we're looking for someone based in Cape Town, South Africa, to join the team and support us. Looking for someone with exceptional Angular, HTML and CSS skills as well as a keen creative eye for design and detail.
