Static HTML integration (HTML + SCSS)

GDA is a french webagency looking to externalize the integration part (HTML/CSS) of a web project. We need some experts with different skills :

- Developp with pagespeed/lighthouse guidelines 
- HTML / SCSS expert
- Good english


We create all pages on Adobe XD, the aim is to create the HMTL and the CSS (with SCSS) Guidelines 

- LIGHTHOUSE (Chorme dev tool > Lighthouse)
->Should be 100/100  section "accessibility", "best practice", "seo". If not has to be validated by GDA. 
-> and at least 90% for "performance" 

- Expected delivery 
11 HTML pages (see detail bellow)
SCSS files to generate CSS
CSS file to test/validate output without using scss

- Clean job : as few HTML ans CSS as possible (Keep HTML as simple as possible)
- Intelligent work : reuse classes/css/scss from previous pages to build new ones.
