I am looking for someone who has good experience on webos and tizen smart tv application . I want to build an application for watching live tv channels and radios and watching movies etc . It should work on both platform . It need have some features . favorite channel . setting menu , user account etc(without purchase) ,recommendation items on tv etc
also it needs to have admin panel (on the web) to manage all the setting and data on the application + api (based on php)
