Single Interactive Map Webpage

I am building a website that deals with internal mapping. I want to take internal maps as pictured below and be able to click on *rooms* and change the color of the room. There will be 4 colors and the ability to click Red, Yellow, Green, Purple. There are example images below. I found some tools like mapplic, https://mapplic.com/ which I will pay for to accomplish this task. The idea is that we will have the map open on a webpage, and then update the *rooms* with color. Attached you will find a drawing of the insides of a building. This map is missing doors and I will have an AutoCAD drawing original with it. My expectation is that the maps rooms can be clicked on, and options to change the color of the room are available to quickly and easily change the color of the map. Each room will need some other data, Room #, Room name, Occupancy, Color code, and . you will see a map empty and a map with colors and a color key. The idea will be to click on a room and easily select a color to color code the room. I have attached a raw file, one file to show the color examples and one to show the notes/meta data for Name/Occ etc. This is a POC, there will be a ton more work once we get this dialed in.
